Business Unit Sheet-fed
With its world renowned Bobst, Asitrade and Martin product lines, BOBST is considered a trusted partner and driver of innovation in the folding carton and corrugated board industries. Through this Business Unit, BOBST provides the equipment for in-line and offline flexo printing, litho-laminating, hot foil stamping, flat bed and rotary die-cutting, flexo-folding-gluing in-line, as well as peripheral equipment for folding carton and corrugated board packaging manufacture.
Business Unit Web-fed
BOBST’s web-fed product lines - Bobst, Fischer & Krecke, General, Kochsiek and Rotomec – are industry-leading suppliers of web-fed printing and converting equipment for the flexible materials and folding carton industries. Through this Business Unit, BOBST provides high performance solutions in gravure and flexo printing, coating and laminating, and vacuum metallizing for the production of food and non-food packaging; as well as labels, decorative and security applications, wall coverings, tapes and specialties, and linerboard pre-printing.

Through its worldwide network of service centers, BOBST provides premium customer service to the packaging industries, ensuring its machinery and solutions continuously perform to their optimum capability after purchase. Its services range from expert consultancy through to the provision of core services, maintenance solutions, machinery improvements, expertise- and performance solutions.
BOBST’s commitment and investment in innovation is a core pillar of the global success of the business, driven through a network of 10 research and development facilities worldwide.
BOBST already holds 1,520 patents around the world and continues to invest seven percent of its annual turnover every year in research, development and innovation in order to preserve its technological leadership. In 2010 alone, BOBST made 19 new patent requests and obtained a further 82 patents in 13 different countries.
