The MW  60 І 80 presses have been designed for market segments that need dedicated equipment for short or ultrashort run production. Their modular design, providing for in-line special applications for product enhancing and converting, makes them easy to configure for a very comprehensive range of flexible material market segments and applications.

Unique press design 

• No-trolley press completely operated from floor level
• 50%  shorter web path. 650 and 850 mm web widths 
• Front cylinder loading and sleeve technology for fast job changeovers
• Sloped dryers enabling greatly reduced web length in the press 
• Special inline applications like UV or EB curing, die-cutting, lamination, reel-to-reel or reel-to-sheet delivery in line with printing.

Minimum waste for ultrashort and short runs

• TAPS system for automatic pre-register setting and electronic shaft technology integrated with Registron^® register control
• Typical savings for flexible packaging production runs of up to 7,500 sq. m. in
