BOBST POLSKA celebrates 25 years of innovation and excellence

BOBST has marked 25 years since its subsidiary in Poland was formed, with a gala networking event bringing together customers and colleagues to celebrate the milestone anniversary for BOBST POLSKA.

The event in Łódź on Thursday, June 12 2025 was attended by printers and converters from across Poland. They were joined by dignitaries from the machinery manufacturer, including CEO Jean-Pascal Bobst and Technology Sales Director Nigel Tracey, and representatives from BOBST’s agent in Poland, Rotary Sp, and partners Pakitoo HIPE, Co-efficient (Consulting Services), CITO, Toolink and Eterna.

BOBST POLSKA used the event to reflect on its history of innovation and service excellence in Poland over the previous 25 years and the parent company’s overall roadmap. Presentations focused on the company’s vision for the future of the packaging industry, ongoing work to deliver end-to-end automation and digitalization of converting processes, and the availability of high-level service and support.

Leszek Trzaskowski and Elwira Konopka, our trusted agents (Rotary Sp) updated the audience on BOBST All-in-One solutions that integrate printing, embellishment, and converting onto a single platform.

Demonstrations of BOBST technology for printing and converting of folding cartons, corrugated board, flexible packaging, and labels were made available to attendees. This included solutions from BOBST’s Printing & Converting and Services & Performance business units:

  • DIGITAL MASTER 55, an All-in-One digital printing and converting platform for folding cartons that creates new possibilities for short-to-mid-size runs;
  • EXPERTCUT 106 PER, a die-cutter that helps converters save set-up time and resources by optimizing machine tooling and increasing sheet register capabilities. The new ACCUPLATEN machine platen minimizes the cutting plate's deformation and reduces patching time by up to 80%. A corresponding ZERO PATCHING plate is available for previous-generation machines.
  • EXPERTFOLD 110 A3, the versatile folder-gluer that can be used to produce many box styles using a wide range of materials, at speeds of up to 450 m/min;
  • MASTER M6, the highly productive and automated DigiFlexo press for labels and flexible packaging
  • TOOLINK, a digital tool management solution that connects tooling, machinery, and processes to improve efficiency, speed, and quality in folding carton and other packaging production; and
  • HIPE, a web-based sales tool tailored for the packaging industry that automates quotations, manages projects, and supports web-to-pack e-commerce platforms.

Libor Panus, Business Director CEE at BOBST, said, “For more than a quarter of a century, BOBST has been the gold standard for end-to-end solutions in Poland. Through cutting-edge machinery and innovative solutions, we continue to support the packaging and label industry in Poland with its development and growth into world-class manufacturers who serve brands with all types of labels and packaging for different applications.
