An expert in packaging production, Janmar Centrum Sp. z o. o. has spent the last 22 years producing high quality corrugated board packaging from its facility in Trzcinica near Wrocław, in Poland. Today, Janmar works closely with nearby Progroup Board, which is part of the Progroup AG concern. The two companies have built the first Packaging Park in Poland to closely integrate specialized packaging manufacturing with high-performance corrugated board production.

Which features distinguish the MASTERCUT from other die-cutters on the market? 
With speeds of up to 9,500 sheets per hour, the MASTERCUT offers enormous productivity coupled with the most precise die-cutting on the market, which reduces waste and time allowing us to deliver better products, quicker, to our customers. The machine also gives us the ability to work with large formats – it handles sheets up to 1,450 x 1,050 mm –  which brings much lower production costs. 

How does the POWER REGISTER system help you gain an advantage? 
Our company achieves exceptionally high productivity with 100% of repeatability, and we could not perform efficiently at those high levels without the POWER REGISTER dynamic optical register system, which reduces setting times and eliminates feed related stops. The system comes to the fore especially when running more complicated jobs that require die-cutting of high numbers of blanks from large format sheets.
