What convinced you to invest in BOBST MASTERCUT technology?
For decades, BOBST has been building its position as a reliable supplier to the corrugated board processing industry, so when we were choosing the flatbed die-cutter model, we were in no doubt that BOBST would be the perfect partner and that the MASTERCUT was ideal for our production needs. We now have two BOBST production lines, which we proudly present to all the customers visiting our production halls.
 

Which features distinguish the MASTERCUT from other die-cutters on the market?
First of all, I would say it is the repeatable, high quality that this die-cutter is capable of producing, due to the high level of automation throughout. Secondly, the operating system of the machine impresses, as it is very user-friendly and enables smooth job changeovers, which saves on time and waste. Finally, it has the most advanced safety systems, which safeguard our operators and keeps production running.
 

Is the POWER REGISTER system an added advantage?
Definitely! The POWER REGISTER (dynamic optical register system) gives us precise and repeatable settings for accurate sheet and print-to-cut registration, meaning we can produce the top quality products that our customers demand from their packaging producers today. The optimal use of the machine is the right sheet size and maximum cutting speed, however to achieve this, the Power Register system is indispensable as it ensures perfect register.
