Control 3 Retrofit

An outdated supervisor running on DOS and floppy disk is a liability you can’t afford. The MPC3R replaces obsolete hardware with a last-generation Siemens Microbox: same operator interface, smarter memory, and a direct line to BOBST support.

Obsolescence Has a Cost. A Retrofit Doesn't Have To.

In today’s automated manufacturing environment, one outdated component can bring your entire line to a halt. Legacy supervisor systems running on unsupported hardware mean no spare parts, no manufacturer backing, and an unpredictable production schedule.

The MPC3R replaces your existing supervisor with a last-generation Siemens Microbox, bringing your FFG or DRO machine in line with the latest MPC3 interface: the same system fitted to new machines today.

The hardware changes. Your workflow doesn’t.

Why Upgrade to MPC3R

Keep Production Moving

Stay ahead of unplanned downtime by eliminating reliance on unsupported hardware—before a failure forces your hand.

Smarter Memory, Better Output

No limitations on programs or settings. Save and reuse operator settings, back up box configurations to USB in seconds, and manage programmable register adjustments with ease.

A Familiar Interface

The MPC3R delivers the same visual and programming interface as the latest MPC3 on new machines; operators work confidently from day one, with no retraining required.

Direct Access to Expert Support

The MPC3R is connect-ready for BOBST Helpline solutions, giving your team faster, more efficient remote assistance when you need it most.
