An automated FFG line substantially increases productivity: it only needs two operators and can run at full capacity.
The speed is ideally suited to each order, taking into consideration the quality and specificities of board used (speed variators).
The automation of the lines reduces drastically set-up times: the machine supervisor, STT, adjusts all the parameters automatically during order changeover.
