BOBST and Simpex roadshow fosters future innovations for Saudi Arabia packaging sector
Packaging professionals from across Saudi Arabia have come together to discuss innovations transforming the sector at a successful BOBST and Simpex roadshow.
Participants saw first-hand how the latest technologies and trends in flexible packaging, labels, corrugated board, and folding cartons are unlocking more efficient production.
Simpex, a leading Saudi company in paper and board trading with an extensive regional service and logistics network, was announced as BOBST’s agent and distributor in Saudi Arabia for all its product lines across folding carton, corrugated, flexible packaging and labels, in July 2023.
The four-day event, held in Jeddah on 3-4 December and Riyadh on 6-7, brought together key industry players and market leaders from across Saudi Arabia’s thriving packaging industry.
Run in collaboration with Simpex, the roadshow fostered collaboration and knowledge sharing through a comprehensive programme of informative discussions and showcases.
Attendees took part in interactive sessions hearing directly from BOBST, Simpex and their partner organisations about key issues facing the industry.
The event was kindly supported by UPM, Sun Chemical, CITO, Reifenhauser, Fuijfilm, IMS Technologies, Rotometal, Brofind, Vacher Group, and Baumer HHS.
