Unveiled at Labelexpo Europe 2025, FLEXJET represents a significant step forward in digital label production, offering unmatched versatility, speed, and sustainability.

The global market for multilayer labels is projected to reach $45.78 billion, with a 5.8% CAGR through 2033. A notable 16.2% shift toward short-run jobs between 2022 and 2027 reflects growing demand for agility, customization, and regulatory compliance. FLEXJET directly addresses these trends, enabling converters to produce complex, high-value labels with speed and precision, while simplifying the process thanks to digital agility.

BOBST FLEXJET is a fully digital printing module that enables single-pass production of multilayer labels, as well as digital glue-side or liner-side printing, making short runs even more profitable.

Compared to conventional multi-pass production, FLEXJET delivers 60% start-up time savings, 30% waste reduction, and double the output, with faster time to market and the convenience of a complete solution from a single supplier – allowing converters to simplify label production. These performance metrics are based on simulated workflows for a 2,000 linear meter job with one SKU.

Slovakian converter Litograf has invested in the DIGITAL MASTER 340 with the BOBST FLEXJET module to expand its multilayer product offering. According to Eduard Vidra, General Manager at Litograf, the investment will result in a 100% increase in production capacity and profit margins up to 25% higher for certain applications, enabling the company to accelerate growth and meet rising customer demand.
