Multiloader inlet
Brings and accumulates the piles at Multiloader inlet
- Motorized conveyors
- 3, 6 or 9 meters conveyors (118", 226" or 354")
Side Squaring at Multiloader
Centers and square the bundle before 'shingling' the sheets.
Pallet evacuation
In case the prefeeder takes piles with pallets
- These pallets are evacuated with the last sheets
- The empty pallet is evacuated on rolls in board direction
- Lateral evacuation of pallets (fixed Multiloader) by means of a conveyor (option)
Lifting table
Separates the piles coming out of the inlet conveyor
- Pile centering can be controlled on each side (option) the table lateral motions are controlled by photoelectric cells reading the pile edge
Refeed plate
Shingles the sheets
- The 'shingling' of the sheets is achieved by a tilted and mobile plate, adjustable in height
Pusher separator
Pushes the bundle of a certain thickness, from the pile towards the telescopic bridge
- A pressure ramp with belts allows a clean separation by holding the sheets at the pile top
Last sheets removal
Evacuates the last sheets of the pile, still on the lifting table
- The operator can leave on the lifting table the last damaged sheets of the pile for evacuation (adjustable height)
- The remaining sheets are automatically evacuated when feeding the next pile
