TRAPPING PARTICLES AS SMALL AS 3 µm An environmentally-friendly and cost-saving alternative to changing oil, the Oil Cleaner Plus fine filter connects to the oil circuit to continually trap particles as small as 3 microns. It then reinjects only clean oil back into the circuit, keeping the die-cutter platen sector clean, protecting machine parts and ensuring ongoing smooth operation. THE PLUS IN OIL CLEANER PLUS The Oil Cleaner Plus is BOBST-Certified, which means you can be confident that is integrates perfectly with your BOBST die-cutter to efficiently filter the oil from the platen. The new Oil Cleaner Plus features an upgraded electric motor that consumes 30% less energy. A new pressure sensor/transmitter monitors the filter saturation level, displaying the Oil Cleaner Plus pressure on the machine’s HMI screen. This ensures that the machine operator is immediately informed when the Oil Cleaner Plus filter needs to be replaced.
