PALLETIZER layers your die-cut production smoothly, ensuring excellent piling quality, with palletized piles being automatically delivered to your in-house logistics system.
Available in two sizes and capable of creating palletized piles up to 2.4 meters high, this fully automatic palletizer is a perfect complement to BREAKER, forming a powerful production line perfectly adapted to the BOBST range of corrugated flat bed die-cutters.

As the interface between the operator and the machine, this centralized control system allows production parameters to be modified quickly and easily. When used in conjunction with the e-View (option), remote diagnostics can be carried out by technical support staff.

Perfectly aligned piles, vital for packaging machines, are produced by alignment on all four sides. Boxes are not marked due to the elimination of friction on delivery of the layer. The insertion of a tie-sheet before palletization ensures perfect stability of the pile during transport.
In order to optimize the production area layout and maximize operator productivity, the full line is also available with operator controls on the right-hand side viewed in the direction of travel of the board. Two production lines can thus be arranged in a parallel configuration facing each other, thus increasing productivity per sqm of floor space.
