Whatever type of corrugated board or litho-laminated boxes you produce, EXPERTFOLD 106 | 145 | 165 | 215 has been designed to give you complete control during the folding process. Advanced feeding, accurate prebreaking and a folding process that minimizes fishtailing and gap ensure high productivity and a quality finished product. With its straightline, crash-lock, 4&6-corner capabilities and quick setting times, EXPERTFOLD also provides the versatility and flexibility needed to meet whatever request your customers might have.

Today, the EXPERTFOLD range for corrugated and litho-laminated board includes two further machine widths, which extend its versatility to respond to specific business needs and requirements. The EXPERTFOLD 106 is ideal for converters producing smaller micro-flute boxes, and it allows them to save precious production floor space by keeping the machine footprint at a minimum. The EXPERTFOLD 215 is specially equipped for converting large blanks and is also available as A4 version without pre-breaker. It can be equipped with POLYVACUUM and GYROBOX as an e-commerce version.

Connects the HMI SPHERE via the BOBST Connect platform directly to the back office, where job recipes can be managed away from the production floor. Then, the job recipes are sent to the production lines and equipments, ready to be downloaded. 

This system allows to increase uptime and proactively prepare shifts. Taking into account changes occuring during production, it ensures production consistency and continuous improvements across different shifts and operators. It also gives a real-time follow-up of the packaging production progress.
