MCC strengthens EMEA operations with strategic investment in two BOBST MASTER M6 inline flexo presses

MCC, a global leader in premium label solution with headquarters in the US, has invested in two BOBST MASTER M6 inline flexo presses to enhance its production capabilities across the EMEA region.

This strategic investment marks a significant milestone in the long-standing partnership between MCC and BOBST, reinforcing a shared commitment to innovation, agility, and customer-centric growth. The MASTER M6 is the most automated flexo press in its class, combining DigiFlexo automation, the oneECG color process, and advanced job-change capabilities to deliver exceptional performance.

With job changeovers completed in less than two minutes and unmatched press uptime, the MASTER M6 enables highly agile and efficient production. Automated pressure and register settings reduce operator intervention. Combined with the oneECG process and more digitalized workflows compared to traditional flexo presses, this technology can boost production output by up to 67%. oneECG and automation also help minimize setup waste by as much as 65%, supporting both sustainability and cost-effectiveness. 

The MASTER M6 demonstrates the ability to handle a broad range of materials—from film to paper—with perfect register, ensuring optimal performance and stability across different substrates and applications.
