Hybridsetter
The innovative Hybridsetter allows for 3D dynamic stripping tool manufacturing. The automatic setting of precise, high-quality CAD-programmed pin and claw layouts in a single operation. It saves time and lowers costs by eliminating the errors inherent in manual setting, and removing the need to laser or pre-drill conventional and dynamic stripping forms.
The system features eight pin magazines and three claw magazines for total versatility, and allows simple and easy switching between wood thicknesses and processes - significantly reducing manufacturing time.
Easysetter
Suitable for all materials, the Easysetter is designed for the quick and straightforward production of dynamic, high-performance upper stripping forms.
Working in combination with Impact CAD software, pins are selected automatically from up to eight magazines and anchored securely in the board, producing forms with high sheet outputs.
Masterplot
The multi-functional Masterplot plotting and milling machine is powerfully versatile. With a closed-loop ball screw system across all axes, it operates quickly and quietly, and thanks to its integrated vacuum tabletop and pump, holds materials forcefully, stopping material shift and guaranteeing totally precise cutting.
Masterplot features an automated tool changer, four tool stations and air-cooled 60,000 RPM spindle. These ensure it can be relied on to fulfil tasks and uses including sample making, die ejection rubber, make ready sheets, vinyls, coating blankets and phenolic counters.
Rubberplot
With a 7mm-stroke, 166Hz oscillating tool; axis speed of 25m per minute; and axis acceleration of up to 2.5m per second, the Rubberplot dedicated ejection rubber cutter is a powerful choice for die cutters, designed to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Quiet and maintenance-free with a closed-loop ball screw system, the Rubberplot is also extremely precise. Material shifting is eliminated thanks to an integrated vacuum tabletop and pump, and an ergonomic, space-saving design allows for uninhibited user operation, improving manufacturing speeds.

Grid Bender maximizes the efficiency of blanking tool production, including measuring, bending, notching and cutting. Each station features an easy-to-use PC interface for rapid estimation, design and production of assembly-ready components, and can be networked directly within CAD, CAM and production systems to make operations even more efficient.
